Abstract


The direction of this research is to know consumer attitude to product attribute of typical Cassava and Bothe flakies Probolinggo regency. Analysis instrument which used in this research was Fishbein Model Multi Attribute, this analysis instrument used in way to knew how the consumer attitude to product attribute of typical food Probolinggo regency it means bothe flaky and cassava flaky.
Based on analysis result has been known that amount responders have more positive attitude to cassava flaky product than responder which have negative attitude. The attitude determination that was by doing comparison between score average value at responder attitude to product attribute with it average score. From consumer attitude measurement result to bothe flaky product it will knows the positive or negative attitude all of responders at that product. The attitude determination by doing compared average value with every score that have been obtained. Consumer attitude measurement result to bothe flaky product has been known that responder have more positive attitude to bothe flaky product than responder which have negative attitude
