ANALISIS LOYALITAS KONSUMEN PADA ACARA TALK SHOW KICK ANDY (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang)

Abstract


This research is descriptive research with the title " Analisis Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Acara Talk Show Kick Andy ( Studi pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang)" purpouse of this Research is to know the loyalitas consumer of event of talc of show Kick Andy.
This research is conducted in Muhammadiyah University of Malang by population questioners survey in this research is student looking on event talc show of Kick Andy. While sample in this research is generation student 2006 and 2007 counted 100 responders through method of accidental sampling. Technique intake of data use questioners. Hereinafter use scale of range continue. Technique analyze data the used is cluster.
The loyalties measured to pass behavioral variable of actual, satisfaction, feel to like to mark, and commitment. Result of research of show there are 3 group of cluster, At group of the numb with percentage 12 % do not loyal, At group of The excellence with percentage 45 % is, At group of The faithful with percentage 43 % loyal.
