Abstract


This research is descriptive research type, study At consumer in sub-district Of Tlogomas Malang City with title " Analysis Brand Loyalty At Drinking Water consumer In Tidiness Of Brand Aqua" Target of this research is to know consumer loyalitas in usage drinking water in tidiness of Aqua brand. Sampel in this research is consumer residing in sub-district Of Tlogomas Malang City. Sampel the used is counted 100 responders. Technique intake sampel use technique of convenience sampling. Technique data collecting use propagated kuesioner to responder.
Analyzer used to know consumer loyalitas at drinking water in tidiness of Aqua brand is Mean analysis.
Result calculation with mean analyzer is buyer having the character to go about counted 5,43%, habitual buyer is 7,77%, satisfied buyer with switchover expense counted 12,78%, buyer taking a fancy to brand counted 53,03%, and which included in committed is counted 20,76%.
Conclusion of this research is consumer in sub-district Of Tlogomas Malang City can be told loyal at drinking water in tidiness Aqua brand seen from consumer taking a fancy to Aqua brand, taking a fancy to tidiness model of Aqua brand, taking a fancy to benefit of Aqua, taking a fancy to the quality of from Aqua brand.
From above conclusion, researcher implication party of to PT Tirta Investama as company which producing Aqua earn maintaining it consumer to be remain loyal at drinking water in tidiness of Aqua brand by improving the quality of from drinking water in tidiness of Aqua itse lf brand.
