PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN PENILAIAN KINERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KARYAWAN PADA UNIVERSITY INN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG

Abstract


This research is type research of survey with title ?Influence Of Execution Of Assessment Of Performance To Motivation Employees At University Inn-UMM?.
This research target is first to know execution of assessment of performance conducted by University Inn-UMM, second to know employees motivation of University Inn-UMM, and third to know do execution of assessment of performance have an effect on isn't to employees motivation in employing at University Inn-UMM.
In this research, writer raise a hypothesis, that is: Anticipated there is influence which isn't between execution of assessment of performance that happened in company with employees motivation of University Inn-UMM.
Analyzer in this research is to know influence isn't between execution of assessment of performance to employees motivation by using test t. Before conducting the examination, writer have used Simple Linear Regression. For a while to test questioner, writer use Test Validity and Test of Reliabilities.
From research result indicate that execution of assessment of performance conducted by University Inn-UMM enter in good category. This matter is proved availably total mean score of variable assessment of performance (X) equal to 165,88 residing in at spanning scale 149 - 183 or can be said that by execution of assessment of company performance have good. While motivation variable mean score (Y) equal to 173,67 residing in at spanning scale 149 - 183 or can be said that employees motivation in employing at company reside in at spanning high assessment scale.
Result of Simple Linear Regression with variable assessment of performance (X) and motivation variable (Y) obtained coefficient value of regression 0.612X. With value of R2 equal to 0,580. By partials also indicate that execution of assessment of performance have an effect on isn't to employees motivation, this matter is proved with result test t yield value of t calculate equal to 7,622 > t of tables of 2,002.
