Abstract


Purpose of this research is to know the effect of transfer costs, satisfaction, partiality for the brand, and collective commitment variables and affecting customers? loyalty on motorcycle with Honda brand, and to know which variable that most affecting customers? loyalty on motorcycle with Honda brand. Analysis instrument used in this research is double linear regression by using F-test and T-tests.
Based on double linear regression analysis result, it can be drawn a conclusion that customers? loyalty variables, including transfer costs, satisfaction, partiality for the brand, and collective commitment, has effect on Honda motorcycle customers? loyalty. From customers? loyalty variables, transfer costs that includes motorcycle prices compared with other brands, the obtained risks if they move to another brands, the less expensive maintenance costs and fuel costs, is the most affected variable on Honda motorcycle customers? loyalty.
