EVALUASI PENERAPAN ISO 9001:2000 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (Studi Pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Malang)

This research entitles ?the evaluation of applying ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System (Study at Land Office of Malang)". The objective of this research is to value and evaluate the applying of ISO 9001: 2000 at Land Office of Malang belonging to employee involvement.
The data analyzer, which is used for that purpose, uses descriptive and evaluative analysis through assessment to principal variable toward employee involvement. Evaluating employee involvement is done with internal assessment toward employees. The assessment is done by through spreading questioner. The result of that assessment is done by scale rate analysis. The sampling technique is used through census methods. That result is analyzed by descriptive analysis to know how far employee involvement applies ISO 9001: 2000 at Land Office of Malang.
According that research result, the assessment of applying ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System at Land Office of Malang is concluded very effective belonging to principles of employee involvement. Assessing the principles of employee involvement is 225.711. According the assessment, that applying at Land Office of Malang is very well. The result can be depicted that employees involvement apply ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System which is done by Land Office of Malang such as: employees comprehend the important of their authority and responsibility in land office to commit and cooperate for improving service quality; employees can develop experience and knowledge; employees can do communication effectively to service better; and employees able to identify problems that happened and evaluate their performance.
