Research conducted with the title " Strategy of Product Development and Marketing Communications to Boost up the Amount of Client at PT. BPR of Mount Two And A Half rupiah Worse luck", representing descriptive research qualitative
Target of this research is analyse the strategy of product diversification and correct marketing communications to company can stay in emulation which progressively narrow the company scope, passing analysis of Matrik SWOT .
Analyzer used to obtain;get the result matching with the intention of research, hence in this marketing strategy formulation use the Eksternal Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), opportunity or threat consisted of the economics, demography, technological, emulation and governance. While Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS), strength and weakness consisted by the hotchpotch of service marketing 7P+1C.
Through this research, is conducted a internal analysis and eksternal company evaluated through the source of data of primary and sekunder supporting this research. Pursuant to various source of conducted analysis and data, indicating that company confronted very threat form require to be anticipated the. emulation And struggling of market compartment and also room move the BPR which tend to limited to make the company have to careful berfikir again in overcoming the problem. Existing solution is by maximizing again strength had the company to anticipate the threat and exploit the opportunity which have potency.
From analysis of matrik SWOT, known the dominant strategy key in face of internal environment and eksternal company is strategy of product development and marketing communications. although Company have conducted the that two strategy but still need optimal again
To reach the target or company target that is boosting up the amount of client, hence company require to apply the correct strategy and exact. Conception the offer of planning of strategy formulation for the company of can be made upon which consideration reference in improve;repairing company performance go to better.
