DERAJAT INFEKSI HELMINTHIASIS PADA AYAM PETELUR PERIODE LAYER DENGAN STRAIN YANG BERBEDA

Abstract


The aim of this research was to know the effect of laying hens strain in the different helminthiasis infection.
This research used three strain of laying hens : Hy-line, Lohmann and ISA Brown. Each of strains consist of 50 laying hens and feces was taken three times in the same range (3 weeks).
Data of infection level were analyzed by Anova (Analysis of Variance) with Nested Classification design.
Result of research indicated that infection of cestoda was higher (85,86) than Nematoda (14,14%). The infection level of helminthiasis in the three strains of laying hens were ISA (6,76 epg), Hy-line (2,89 epg) and Lohmann (2,02 epg) respectively. By Anova analysis slowed that strains of laying hens was significant (P<0,05) on the infection level of helminthiasis. The Lohmann was the best strain of laying hens, because they have the lowest level of helminthiasis infection.
It can be Concluded that research was : The infection helminthiasis of digestion gutter in the three strains of laying hens, they have the lowed level of helminthiasis infection. By Anova analysis slowed that strains of laying hens was significant (P<0,05). The Lohmann was the lowest level of helminthiasis infection, and Hen Day Production in laying hens with helminthiasis infection the lowed level infection to agree with still production standart.
It is suggested that result of research to choose laying hens strains of the lowest level af helminthiasis infection were Lohmann and need advanced research in upland plain and lowland plain.
