EVALUASI NILAI KECERNAAN LEMAK KASAR DAN SERAT KASAR BERBAGAI VARIETAS UMBI TALAS (Colocasia sp ) PADA AYAM PEDAGING

Abstract


This Research is executed in Experimental Farm Laboratory Nutrition Food and Livestock of Faculty Veterinary Malang University Muhammadiyah, from date 14 until 24 September 2003.
This research aim to know harsh fat digesting value and the harsh fiber various varieties corm talas (Colocasia sp) at broiler
Research items consisted of the broiler days old age 30 mean body weighing day 1,2 kg sum up 9 tails. Substance feed used by corm talas with three varieties, that is corm talas field, corm talas manalagi, corm talas buring. Method used by is Complete Random Device (RAL).
Result of analysis variant indicate that extract ether digesting value and the harsh fiber various varieties corm talas (Colocasia sp) at broiler show very real difference (P < 0,01). This matter is caused because content nutrition of each every corm talas differs.
Conclusion from this research is gift various varieties corm talas give very real influence (P < 0,01) to harsh fat digesting and the harsh fiber at broiler. As feed poultry better use A1 (corm talas field) because owning extract ether digesting value and the high harsh fiber at broiler.
