ANALISIS KOMPARATIF PEMASARAN BUAH APEL LOKALPADA SUPERMARKET DAN KIOS BUAH DI MALANG

Abstract


This research have done in Malang precisely at Ramayana Department Store and Supermarket Mitra II, while at fruitstall include UD. Sumber Buah, Mahkota Buah, Kurniasari Buah and Aneka Buah. The method to get sample is done with purposive sampling approach. The collecting data is done through interview.
The objective from this research are to know how distribute apple from farmer until last consumer through supermarket and fruitstall, how is different margin of marketing apple through supermarket and fruitstall in Malang.
Analyze data is used to know marketing margin that is calculated with equation : MP = BP + K or MP = Pr ? Pf. While to find the different of value sale and marketing margin is used t-test.
The result of this reseach say if supply of local apple system through direct consumer to produser, farmer local apple. But for location to buy and price level to buy are showed different each other, it is proof if Ramayana Department Store do buying local apple from the farmer directly in Singosari. That are is guidance area agriculture of apple directly from PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, while for Mitra Swalayan get apple through buy to produser, local apple farmer, directly in Oro-Oro Ombo village Batu City. While others four fruitstall, get apple through come to local apple farmer in Batu, they are not use marketing institution.
There are significant different between marketing apple which have been done Supermarket and Fruitstall in Malang, with t-test result at significant level 5% found t-calculate in December 2002 are 28.164 with Sigh (2-tailed) 0,000. In January 2003 t-calculate are 3.761 with Sig (2-tailed) are 0,20. And in February 2003 t-calculate are 11.343 with Sig (2-tailed) are 0,000. There is also found significant different marketing margin local apple at supermarket and fruitstall with t-calculate are 1.545 with Sig (2-tailed) are 0,197.
