EVALUASI SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN DALAM PENGELOLAAN PENJUALAN PADA PT. PETROSIDA GRESIK

Abstract


Research is designated to observe condition of management controlling system in sales control and to evaluate implementation of management controlling system in sales control of PT. Petrosida Gresik.
Evaluations include on sales program, sales budget, measures and operational and statement and analysis. Thus, analysis is conducted on monetary data by comparing previous rank with future sales prospected and in order to figure out sales affectivity and efficiency by using sales variants analysis, that is involving variant of price, mixed, volume, and fixed costs.
Result of evaluation indicates that program is realized once a year and for every three months is evaluated whether program is just as expected and obstacles can be viewed in early point of times. While each part of organization give budget plan, unexpected budget still emerges. Sales division entirely involves in operational and measuring matters. Sales statement is made once in three months, but it is stated only on quantity without giving fundamental expression of problems occurrence possibility.
The writer suggests that budget planning of company should be along with sales framework planning. The statement must involve not only quantity numbers but also basically explanation of problem possibly occurred. The company has to maintain good relationship toward customers in avoiding customer?s withdrawal to another company, and to ensure the smooth business activity of company.
