EVALUASI SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN DALAM PENGELOLAAN PENJUALAN (Studi Kasus pada perusahaan Rokok Djagung Padi Malang)

Abstract



The kind of this experiment is case study at the cigarette company of Djagung Padi Malang. The title of the experiment is the evaluation of controlling management system in the exucution of marketing. The purposes of this experiment is to know the system of controlling management in execution of marketing and to know the system of controlling management in improving the marketing.
In this problem briefly by using the method that is done by (1). Analysis towarda the program of selling, (2) Analysis toward the estimation of selling, (3) Analysis toward the operation and estimation, (4) Analyiss toward the reporting and analysis. From the result of analyzing above, it can be known to make the program of selling and then in analyzing the estimation, it is needed the cooperation between the official and the manager in determining the program of killing and the cost calculation. The next session, to operate and estimate, it can be known between the estimation and the realization of selling that has achieved the target that is wanted. For the reporting and analyzing, it an be seen that for the region of marketing in Malang and Blitar get the improving of sellingh while in Lumajang gets tha decreasing.The evaluation of controlling management system in controling the selling has gotten good role. It can be proved by the benefit that is gotten and the realization of selling that has over the estimation. And also from the percentage of disputing that is small shows the estimatio that is arranged is relaity. Based on the analysisi above, the company is more improve the achievement from to decade. And the promotin of product quality must be increased. Among the producer, agent and consumer must make good realation in order not turn to another product.
