PERANAN PEMERIKSAAN MANAJEMEN DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN EFEKTIFITAS ATAS FUNGSI KEPEGAWAIAN PADA PERUSAHAAN ROKOK KRETEK PUTERA DJAGUNG

Abstract


This research is including descriptive research, because the writer of this made a limitation to solve the problem or situation or even as the original one in order to open up the fact by writing a thesis with the title : The role of management investigation in order to increase the effeciency and effectivity on employee affairs, function at cigarette company ?Djagung Padi? Malang.
The purpose of the study on this research is to know the role of management investigation in order to increase the effecieny and effectivity on employee affairs function at cigarette company ?Djagung Padi? Malang.
The data analysis used in this research is qualitative data which describes as words and sentences in the form of question, answer and graphs. It devides in to several categories to find out the corclusion. The steps in collecting the data are : (a) conducting the introduction research (b) Doing the continue investigation and (c) Finding and aralyzing (d) Recommondation.
Human Resources Departement (HRD) as a part of DJAGUNG PADI cigarette company Malang, had been conducting management activity such as : collecting ; selection ; development utilizing and maintenance which is based on the regulation to full fill the function and duty as well as well as the establishment of company?s purposes. It shows at company policy such as : the action of perfecting of company?s role and the employee welfare, conducting the aducation program ant training (OTJ), special training for the employee based on the company?s needs and doing recruitment in order to in crease the human resources. The result of envestigation that conducting by the writer of this thesis arrouse a conclution that is the function of Human Resources Departement (HRD) on DJAGUNG PADI cigarette company, Malang had been manage effectively and effeciently to achieve the company?s target.
Based on the conclusion above, the writer of this thesis need to give some suggestion ; in order to make the progress on the quality of occupation optimally, the company must increase the supporting facilities and conducting the up ? grading of the employee?s quality by giving some tests such as ability tes, referencee investigation etc.
