Abstract


This research is about study case at PT. PERHUTANI (Persero) Jatirogo Tuban. This research can about be classification as descrition, since its covered only attemp to reveal problem or an event asw it is. Therefore, this research is only fact finding entitle ? MANAGEMEN CONTROLING TO PERSONEL FUNCTION AT PUBLIKATION AT COMPANI PERHUTANI JATIROGO KABUPATEN TUBAN.
The purpose of this researce is to find out how is the implemetation of managemen invesgation on imployemen function to have an understanding whether the imploiment function has bin implmentari effection to again target effecienci at using for employees.
In according to purpose of this researce the analisi used is recearce and controling program, controling and the next action control. The fist statege illusstrace fact to explance the condition of objec study. The next statege invesgatioan causes of the event to compare cause.
Apersonel witness as apart of human reseorce and commonly foun in the organization structur at PT. Perhutani (persero) jatirogo Tuban has done personel managemen activitas such, recruitment, and selection, traning maint and huiman reseorce used in accourding the [policies implied on the work place, his best to fulfil his function and duty in according to the pupose fixed.
According to the conclucion from the result of the research the personalition work to and produktion budgeting must be minimum.
