Abstract


Now days, Bussiness competition has become definitely hard; it will do so in the future, therefore. Therefore, employers have always sought alternatives which are effective and profitable. They have to determine and to manage all the management function and policies which relate to both external and internal aspects.
In this case the employers need to oncrease selling since it is the main activities of factories. Moreover, management since in fact, there are a few factories which have good management. Therefore, the script writer want tingkat give suggestion in order to increase the factories work.
Emphizing in selling activities, there are several ways that should be ordered banyak the employers to reach the factories aims. 1). The budged constructions should be devided into three program: short program, mid program and long program. It should also need to be explained of each step of each program. 2) Cooperation of each aspect of selling aktivities. 3) The selling budged should be describle monthly. 4) The employers determine the aims of the factories and they should also analyze the budger in order to control the contribution of it.
Moreover, the most important things is if the control process of selling can go smothly, and how the employers motivate their employe e.g by giving bonus or present to they quality employee.
