ANALISA ANTRIAN PADA LOKET PEMBAYARAN REKENING LISTRIK BANK BNI 1946 KAMPUS III UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG

Abstract


The cases that waiting ever happen and we received so that, become a part in our daily lives. Their phenomenon to stand in line created because many people or customer who come into system, mean while the facility service which available very limited. This condition also happen at BNI bank campus III Muhammadiyah University of Malang. In their daily activities BNI bank not only to service student who have relationship with campus administration, but also service from public side who want to save money or do the other banking transaction. Besides BNI Bank campus III also believed by Telkom and PLN as payment place telephone and electrical bill.
For pressure and decrease the waiting time which received by customer when get service, so needed some method for solve this problems. One of this is the stand in line method. This method can be used for controlling the balance between unities which need the service with capacity of the service facility that available, so that can be pressure the bad effect and as possible to minimize the damage.
The research do at BNI bank campus III Muhammadiyah University of Malang at November 2000 up to January 2001. This data analysis use the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, soft ware GPPS and Statgraph theory. From the research results know that by the service time until 25 minutes and the coming time until 2,04 minutes doesn?t need the increase the box office again, because the service facility is good and enough.
