Abstract


This research represent the case study at hotel service with the title “Operational Make an Audit of to Assess the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Marketing Function at Mentari Hotel Batu”.
This research target is to evaluate the sales planning and effort sales manager in determining a plan of so that research of sale efficacy and also whether the sale execution have effective and efficient.
Way of used to know the efficient level is by comparing between burden of sale and bacillus of sale and year 2001-2003, while effectiveness by comparing sales budget with the realization of year sale 2001-2003.
From result analyze known that by the sale burden compared to with the sales revenue yield the value of under 50% becoming Mentari Hotel the done can be told efficient. While sales budget compared to with the sale realization yield the positive value in meaning realize the reached sale of Mentari Hotel to exceed and budget which have been specified, thereby Mentari Hotel have effective in executing sale function.
Pursuant to the result implication writer can hotel better Dance to add the room amount enthused by all guest of to be its sale is more mounting.
