Abstract


This research Case Study with title ?System Evaluation and Procedure Remuneration and Remunerating at Company Of PT. Paper of Leces (Persero)?.
Target of this research is (1) to know how far used remuneration procedure and system at Company Of PT. Paper of Leces (Persero), (2) to know how far used procedure and system at Company Of PT. Paper of Leces (Persero), (3) giving some suggestion if remuneration procedure and system and remunerating at Company Of PT. Paper of Leces (Persero) not yet is effective.
In this research, writer find problems faced by company that is existence of geminating of good duty in remuneration procedure and system and remunerating. This matter generate ketidakefektifan of related/relevant function that is personnel administration function and function record-keeping of time.
To solve problem geminating of duty in procedure and system which pursuant to at theory analysis that is doing of dissociation of personnel administration function with function marker of time. This matter to streamline an work and facilitate an observation.
From existence of dissociation of the function expected by the each function that is personnel administration function and function record-keeping of concentration time can according to at its area each and earn implementation of good procedure and system.
Pursuant to conclusion told by writer expected can be made by consideration to company alternatively from trouble-shooting faced by company.
