PENERAPAN BALANCED SCORECARD DALAM PENILAIAN KINERJA AJB BUMIPUTERA MALANG

Abstract


Dynamic change is condition of social and economics cause customer attitude and behavior also change. To obtain get customer which is loyal, company have to know do strategy which have been applied by have succeeded, and any kind of which have been reached in the year previously. To know the mentioned hence require to be conducted by a meansurement, that is measurement of performance.
Company performance represent mirror to the result of company condition and activity, result of activity of company analysed, where its result will show the condition of company management during period conducting of analysis of performance. While measurement of performance represent conducted measurement action to various activity in enchaining value exist in company.
This research type is descriptive research that is research with aim to to affirm and to be able to explain characteristic of variable-variable accurate at one perticular condition. Method data collecting conducted by interview (documentation and interview). Data analysis the used in perpectively Balanced Scorecard.
Result of research indicate that pursuant to result of analysis in perpectively Balanced Scorecard. AJB BumiPutera Malang performance as a whole can be told is valuable of goodness.
